Phone screening, followed by face-to-face interview with Financial Advisor, followed by online assessment, followed by second face-to-face interview with other FA staff, After six weeks of this process, and being led to believe at both face-to-face interviews that I would be a good fit for the office and that I would be seeing an offer - instead I received a generic "we're moving forward with other candidates" email from the home office. No explanation was forthcoming.

I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
