Submitted resume through a person that worked in the home office, then received email instructing me to fill out online application. Had phone interview with HR consultant - behavioral questions, walk through resume, etc. Then had 3 hour interview with 2 separate people each interview. Behavioral questions, duties I had performed, what did I know about EJ, questions regarding CFP material I had needed to know to earn my CFP, etc. Later found out that two of the people didnt care for me, the others thought I was a good fit. A month after the interview one of the gentleman in the interview who did care from me was fired. very weird expereince cant say I would ever work for them.
