Interview process was set up by the university and a decision was made within two weeks of the interview. I was soon to be a recent college graduate while interviewing for the position. The fact that I was graduating was on my resume that was reviewed and mentioned during the interview! That revelation was apparently unknown to the Human Resource representative I dealt with after being notified I was hired for the position. After not knowing whether I was to be hired, I was notified TWO MONTHS after my acceptance that I was no longer eligible. It took the company TWO MONTHS to notify me of a policy that could have been mentioned during the interview process. I was then passed on to a full-time recruiter, who has done nothing to help me. I felt completely disrespected, as I would have sought employment elsewhere had I known I wasn't eligible for the position. For a company that prides itself in being one of the "Top Companies To Work For", they have an incompetency level like that of no other company I have worked for or interviewed with.
