They have lengthy, multi step interview process. You do a self guided interview, followed by another long exercise, and then one last zoom interview. It seemed like a perfect fit based on my background and experience, so I read the bios to see who they went with, and the job ended up going to someone far less qualified. It was blaring reverse racism. I’ve never experienced anything quite like that.
