Lots of scenario based questions, pretty general for teaching-- what would you do to engage a student who wasn't interested in learning, what would you do if a parent did this, how do you engage parents, what would you do with a struggling student, what does being an equity based educator mean to you, what does being an antiracist educator mean to you

Demo of a lesson in classroom, formal interview with principal. The lesson plan for the demo was provided and the communication was very helpful leading up to the demo. The interview was less than an hour and the principal was very flexible in terms of scheduling.
