First 2 rounds mentioned here are very brisk and well managed. but once they give an offer, it depends entirely on the availability of partner organizations for you to be actually matched. This usually means a lot of uncertainty.

I applied online for the 10-week summer fellowship on Education Pioneers, and had a 45 min phone interview with a former fellow on weekends. Most of the questions were behavioral questions.
