Given no arrival instructions, no clear reception or anyone waiting for me. Was left for 15 minutes dawdling round the building, looking for anyone I could find. In the end I heard some voices and knocked doors before entering to find the room.. 2 panel interview, typical questions about myself and competency based questions. Prior to the interview I was shown around the building with another member of staff. I think I could tell I would not fit in with their business image as it was more of a mature office, that were seeking a certain type of person. I was left for a week with no outcome, until I emailed to ask to follow up .. I found that quite disrespectful when someone should provide an outcome either way. I wonder if I had not reached out, would anyone have even contacted me?!
