After the initial application, there was a more lengthy assessment. I was then invited to a 'group interview' - which it didn't really turn out to be (I expected an interview shaped to view our people or teamwork skills). Instead, I was placed in a video call alongside three other applicants, and the interviewers asked a question, letting us then answer the question in turn. It was more like multiple individual interviews occurring within the same session, with everyone having to compete with their answers. One interviewer in particular was unnecessarily stony-faced and disparaging of the responses. Overall, it was an uncomfortable experience, and the longer I stayed in that call the less I wanted to work for them.
