Applied and forgot about it. They got back 2 months later, with an initial 20 minute phone interview , which I passed. This was followed by a series of written exercises, which I again passed. I was then invited for an in-person interview, in which we went through my thought process for the written tests and how I arrived at the answers. We then discussed my fit for the role, etc.
