A phone interview fairly quick. It was 30 to 40 minutes and it felt more like a casual conversation if anything. We discussed how I navigated high school and how I can use the experience to help enroll students. Then I had an interview with the enrollment team. This also felt casual. I just shared my experiences with costumer service.
