The interview process started with a phone interview about basic computer science knowledge. This interview lasted about 15-20 minutes. The next interview was also by phone, but with the supervisor of the department I would be working with. They asked questions about work experience and general programming attitudes/experience. After the interview I was given a small coding assignment that was to be turned in by the end of the following day. The final interview was at the Santa Monica HQ. I met with 3 people and we discussed more advanced topics in computer science and about the company's direction and my future role within the company.
