Was the most positively thorough and relevant I'd ever participated in. All cross-functional lines of business roles were appropriately involved and extremely responsive and committed. Very effectively demonstrated the culture and professionalism of the organization creating an early trust relationship and early comfort with the process and participating staff/executives. I enjoyed every step.
