The process was chill, with first phone screen being technical probability questions. Second round was market making game which was difficult. I didn’t pass this round. The company is small with just 30 traders in Chicago office

The first stage was an online math test. It was 50 questions in 5 minutes, a variety of different mental math problems were on the Exam. The next 2 rounds were phone interviews with different members of the trading team

Entrevista
First-round phone call, they ask you some mental math, probability, EV questions, etc. Normal trading questions.
They then gave me a case study that I had to work on to try and understand a given situation and why the data was behaving a particular way and to figure it out.
They assign you a coach or mentor that helps you along the way to help you in case you don't know much about markets and to help explain the terms to you.
