Sent my resume from naukri.com. Got a call after 2 weeks after sending multiple reminders from the recruiter. Gave a test and all my test cases are running well. She said I copy pasted the code and so assigned a new test. After that I had a phone interview which started 20 mins late. 15mins and I got was asked to give good feedback in the survey. In the evening I was sent an email about not getting selected. No chance to prove my skill even though I cleared the programming challenge twice. Pathetic experience and I am sad that I wasted 3 weeks. Do not waste candidates time when you don't have requirement
