Awkward and slightly cold. Zero apparent respect for my time. Interview questions did not cover the role requirement and required two, yes two people watching me code apparently random solutions. And that’s after doing a coding task to be completed in advance. No respect for the candidates time and a very poor understanding of the role they were even hiring for.
