The interview will be done By Area manager , Head of the Department and Branch Manager through Telephonic and Face to Face , The process was how will be registered the Affiliates to join in our Business , If the affiliate will not agree how will Be Agree to signup for registering the Affiliates.

Eerst een telefonisch gesprek met recruiter en vervolgens 1 gesprek met manager. Best wel wat uitdagende vragen gekregen, maar nadien direct voorstel ontvangen. Er was geen gesprek nodig met de sales Director of ook geen assesment
