Very friendly with quick follow-up - at least in the beginning... I came to their offices in Bonita Springs and had a great interview with about 6 different team members including the GM & the CEO. All nods and smiles and agreeing that I was a great candidate and it was a good match. As a follow-up and next step, I was invited to return with a plan to present to the team about objectives for the first 3,6,12 months and how I would work to drive new strategies. I walked away and spent the next few hours jotting down my ideas and rough-drafting an outline for the presentation while it was all fresh in my mind. Never heard from them again even after several attempts to schedule the presentation, I was ghosted. It would seem they hire and promote from within and are not very open to bringing in new team members - in my experience this creates a stagnant creative process and a lack of experience and knowledge about how other companies and industries might have a unique approach they could learn from. And though a "thanks-but-no-thanks" call or email to close it out would have been professional, I still wish them all the best.
