Interviewer process is clear which the interviewer shared upfront. First round is held virtual via teams and the interviewer will get to know you better and teaching simulation is held face to face. Teaching simulation consist of doing mock teaching and abit of lesson plan.

It was a mass hiring campaign facilitated by NTUC. They has 2 rounds of interviews, 1st round was just a face to face interview and 2nd round is a simulated teaching session. In the 1st round I was practically passed on the spot to get to the next round, person interviewing me even offered me a raise in position on the spot. But on the 2nd round which was the simulated teaching session the interviewer basically disqualified me because of a question I asked. Didn't get the position, idk why make it so easy to get to the teaching simulation when they're not even interested in hiring anyways. BTW it was two different people who interviewed me on two separate occasions.
