The recruiter reached out and provided times to conduct an interview. After scheduling the interview I received an email two minutes after the scheduled time and she wanted to reschedule the interview the following week. After waiting for a response she never got back to me. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of time. Stay away from this company. Horrible communication and follow-up by their recruiter for this position.

Easy phone screen with HR to discuss previous work experience followed by an easy interview with manager over Zoom about a week later. Offer was given a week after the final interview.

Entrevista
I had a very positive experience interviewing with Edelman Financial Engines. The process consisted of three stages: an initial conversation with a recruiter, followed by interviews with the hiring manager and a financial planner.
Each stage was well-organized, professional, and communicated clearly. The recruiter was responsive and helpful in setting expectations, and both the hiring manager and planner created a welcoming environment while still asking thoughtful, relevant questions.
Overall, the process felt thorough but efficient, and I appreciated the transparency throughout. It gave me a strong sense of the company culture and what the role would entail.
