There were 3 interview phases: Initial call with recruiter Zoom Interview with a hiring manager 3 separate consecutive 30 minute interviews with people you'd work with on a frequent basis. I enjoyed all of the interviews and thought I had great conversations with everybody, it genuinely does seem like a great company to work for, but they made a mistake. In a call afterwards, I was told that despite them loving me as a candidate, they had already offered the job to someone else before my interview took place. Knowing this, they still proceeded to waste an hour and a half of my time interviewing me, in addition to hours of preparation and time off taken for previous interviews. Just disrespectful and makes you feel like you were just a backup at best. For a company with a seemingly good culture, I expected more I guess.
