Thorough interview process, met with several senior vice presidents to discuss the role. They were up front about the work I would be doing and they met my salary range. HR contacted me very quickly to make sure I had everything.

Where do you see yourself in five years?
What is one thing you'd bring to this job and one thing you'd need to learn.
The interview process was long and arduous. There were probably 6-7 interviews with HR and various people who work in the same practice. I didn’t interview with the person who would be my manager until the last round. Be sure to get any promises made during the process put in your employment contract otherwise it will not be honored even if you produce the correspondence.

What is your superpower and why would it be a value add?
Job description did not align with actual role. The hiring manager was very helpful and transparent however. It was a pleasant conversation. The expectations were clearly laid out of the interview process, timing, and role.
Short and a little disorganized but this was a few years ago now. Everyone was kind and smart and the office was nice. There was a little bit of hurry up and wait to the process. But that's not unusual.
