Initially, the process began when I received an email from the recruitment department inquiring about my preferred timing for a call. I promptly shared my availability with them. However, there was a significant delay in their response, as I didn't hear back from them until a week later, late in the evening, requesting to do a call for the following afternoon. Despite the late notice, I agreed to schedule the call . On the scheduled day, I was left in limbo as I had not received any details regarding whether the interview would be a video call or a phone call. I patiently waited for the recruiter to initiate the conversation, but unfortunately, they failed to do so at the agreed-upon time. Instead, I received a call 15 minutes later, during which the recruiter explained that they had encountered an unexpected commitment and requested a reschedule for the next day at 9 am. They assured me that they would provide me with the necessary video call details. Also, on the call, they shared with me that the hiring manager wanted to interview me but insisted that the recruiter spoke to me first. I sensed that the recruiter was unwilling to do the call with me and saw it more of a hassle. The following day arrived, and I was prepared for the interview, yet once again, the recruiter failed to join the call at the proposed time. It was only 15 minutes later that they contacted me via WhatsApp, citing another unexpected engagement as the reason for their delay.
