It was a phone call. Seemed very straightforward at first. They said they would follow up via email for the next steps and never did, they ghosted me. The recruiter sounded very condescending and kept forgetting questions. I asked if she had more questions and she would say omg yea sorry i forgot to ask xyz. She didnt seem prepared at all.
