Had 4 steps to the recruitment process. 1st- with HR rep, 2nd- writing test, 3- interview with management, 4- presentation (on a year's worth of strategy and campaign for a brief they give you). You would think that after all that work and effort they would have the respect to let the candidate know if they didn't pass. I thought it went well because the interactions were nice. But they completely ghosted me, and 4 months later I sent an email to follow up and my email didn't go through because apparently it's "blocked" by the receiver. Very unexpected from a global company. Goes to show that they don't have enough respect for people.

Hiring and interview process was efficient and quick. Had a brief call with HR followed by a video interview with the hiring manager the week after. They did not get back until (weekly)prompted three weeks after the last and only interview. Does not respect and value the time and effort spent by candidates. Do not recommend.
