Getting an appointment for the interview was pretty brief when channeled through school's HR. The interview process was very straightforward. The interviewer, should I have been hired, would actually be the direct boss, I'd be working with. The interviewer's very friendly, and exuded no bias, even if my Japanese fluency was far from good.
