Two interviews with sales manager and general manager. The interview was fairly easy, speaking about experience which you definitely need at this job, along with fine dining etiquette. Also know your wine, Eddie V’s has a heavy focus on wine.
I had a positive experience with the best manager ever and making a lot of money alongside hard workers and how I deal with conflict was improved a lot so thank you for the question and the time

It was really smooth and great. There weren’t that many difficult questions they were related to the job. All of my 3 interview were different as well, they all had different questions that I didn’t have answers prepared
