HR contacted for phone screening interview. She was late for 15 min to contact the candidate for the screening interview. I had to call to her office and was directed straight to her voicemail. She called back after 5 mins to confirm the screening interview would happen in the next 10 minutes. After that call, I am never received any calls or explanation of what happened. Really rude and not professional from HR department.

The interview is well structured. You have to complete an online assesment for "General ability" and "Personality questionnaire" from the website: https://talentcentral.au.shl.com/admin/login. They will call you after the online assesment and you have to continue with another 3 interviews with your manager, his manager and HR.

Contact from recruitment agency led to a video meeting call for the interview with the hiring manager. There was a subsequent interview with two employees who would be significant points of contact for the role.
