I applied via LinkedIn, the recruiter is based in Luxembourg and I had 3 rounds of interviews within 3 weeks, so overall the process was very efficient. However, what the role is expected to sell is different from job description and the hiring team, it might be miscommunication between the team. Though I was communicated that it is expected to follow Dutch working hours and T&C, it was clear from the final round that this role has to follow up with customers' requests over the weeknd. It seems to be brand who declares to drive market expansion in the Netherlands but can not understand customer lanauge. I did not received concrete feedback from HR or the hiring team although I made it to the final round, so definitely they do not value candidate expereience or respect people enough. Its clear they wanna make quick money in European soil and it was not what I was looking for.
