I applied online and the next week I got a phone interview. They asked simple questions like why EchoStar, do you have work permit, etc. The next week I had a panel interview with 4 managers. It went well. I was impressed by how long they had all been with the company, most of them for at least 15 years. The next week, I completed an assessment. It wasn't hard but time consuming. The following week, I got my in-person interview. So at this time I'm waiting for it and I'm hopeful that it is the last round. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience.
