My interview with EchoStar initially seemed positive. The interviewer was friendly, respectful, and provided helpful insight into the role and company. However, the overall experience left me disappointed. Before I received any update about my candidacy, I was encouraged to leave a positive Glassdoor review. Two days later, I received an automated rejection email with no personal follow-up, feedback, or explanation. The lack of communication and request for a positive review prior to a decision felt misleading and unprofessional. I hope the company reconsiders its candidate communication process going forward.
