Entrevista
Phone screen with HR that was very administrative. Essentially asked the exact same questions as the application did, so kind of redundant. Next was a 30 min phone interview with the hiring manager (who was fantastic) and lastly a 2.5 hour panel interview with presentation. I thought the process was very long, took over 6 weeks just to get to the final interview. I really hit it off with the hiring manager, but a couple of the more senior level interviewers were late, not very friendly, and asked irrelevant questions. I never heard back so I didn't get the job, but I think it's very unprofessional and telling that Eaton doesn't even bother formally denying candidates who get to the final interview. I can understand ghosting early in the process, but I can't imagine there were more than a handful interviewing at the end. At least take 5 minutes to tell the candidates who spent hours preparing that they won't be getting hired. Kind of relieved I didn't get an offer though, as I ended up taking a better offer elsewhere.

Behavioral based questions. Need to use the STAR method to explain projects/accomplishments/learnings that you are describing. It keeps it clear and concise.
Basic interview -
Mostly related to analytics and financial statement analysis required.
tell me about yourself. Everything mentioned in the resume should be very well known . Be prepared well. Power BI and advanced Excel skills are necessary. Communication and Language matter most even less knowledge is OK but a fluent language lands you in a job.
