Applied through Linkedin. First phone call was from HR, then a digital interview on Teams. Pretty basic interview questions, talked mostly about previous experience, motivation behind application. Manager was nice and friendly, I've met one of their current staff as well who also asked a few questions about my current occupation.
The interview was conducted in a very unprofessional way. They not focused on the professional aspects of the position. A very unprepared employee read questions from a
previously written list. The questions were not related to the world of business and economics at all.

Entrevista
First a screening on phone with recruiter, then had an informal interview, or chat with the manager. Followed by two tests, one on IQ and another language based test. Overall professional experience, but they are slow in their process.
