2 Stage Interview. 1st Online, 2nd Face to Face. First Interview informal and second was formal. Overall was a long process but understandable as it’s a big company. Overall, both managers were lovely to speak to.

Spoke Mainly regarding the role and majority of questions were based on what I would do and react in certain situation if I came across it. Was Required to give past examples.
good, simple questions. preparation would be required. The paper is important as it will affect the career.Here are some similar MBA finance interview questions: Why do cash outflows such as salary payments, taxes, etc. create an expense on the income statement that reduces equity via retained earnings, while capital expenditures increase assets (PP&E)? Explain cash flow statements.
Start out with a phone screen with an Eaton recruiter. Formal on site interview follows with two rounds of interviews on that day. One with HR and one with the functional manager.
