Long interview process with at least 6 different managers.
Be prepared to give specific examples of past performance and situations.
Very thorough when it comes to history and the process used to solve problems. They don't do a personality test, or any form of numerical assessment either. All of it consists of question and response. Most interview teams consisted of 2 people, but occasionally it was only 1 person.

Easy enough process, position had been open for a long time and they seem to either be picky or not able to get anyone to accept an offer. Not sure I would have accepted if I got an offer

Casual interview process. 2 or 3 panel interviews. 2 on 1 and 3 on 1. Mainly asked behavioral based questions with some technical questions. Star method for answering questions. No trick questions. They try to make you feel comfortable.
