Met with a recruiter at the big ten career fair. I was not dressed professionally and I didn't take out my earrings. I had a phone interview with the recruiter the following week. I had a second round interview in Kalamazoo mi. This consisted of 3 interviews with the manager of the group and two of the team members. I was given an offer the following week.

Pretty standard STAR method questions. Nothing really out there.
Discussed my resume projects in detail and solved multiple Data Structures and Algorithm questions, which formed the core focus of the interview, testing my problem solving approach, coding logic, and technical understanding of fundamental computer science concepts.

It was just based on technical round, no aptitude test was done, they just selected based on resume then an offline interview from campus was done, 1st round was technical , mainly on projects , the 2nd was a HR round
