At the beginning it was quite positive and quick. After the last interview (presentation given to the supervisor based on a business case) they told me they want to go ahead with me, it just takes some time to finalize the internal approval process. I told them I got another offer and I have to make a decision so they were aware of the urgency of this. I gave them several calls to ask for some more information when can I expect the offer. They stated there is a delay due to holidays, but the decision has been made, it is only about pushing a button in the system and HR will contact me shortly afterwards with the offer. 4weeks ago a got a call that they still cannot tell me anything, they want me but they dont know when. It may happen in November but also in 2019. Since that no feedback. Honestly I dont expect too much from them in the future, overall impression is that they dont respect the candidates at all.
