I was exposed to the company through a luncheon provided by our school's chapter of ASME and career fair. After these two interactions, I was contacted by the HR representative to complete a phone interview. The interview was conducted over the phone with one HR representative and two engineering managers. Questions were mainly focused on projects from school and experiences with teaming. Approximately 1-2 weeks after the interview, I was offered an internship.
