It was a lengthy interview process. I was at Eaton office 9.00 am (as per the invite email). They have stared the interview at 11.00 am. I've gone through 4 rounds of interview (aptitude test, middle level management interview, HR and DM final round). I've complete the final round at 8.15pm and HR told me you have been selected for this role and will share the offer letter soon. There was no communication from HR for next one week hence I’ve initiated the follow up. However, HR didn’t respond to my emails. Three week later I got email from Eaton stating that ‘We have reviewed the qualifications of all candidates for this position and, while your experience and accomplishments are impressive, the qualifications of other candidates more closely match the specific needs of this position’. It was terrible experience.
