Interview started by walking through the resume, and then behavioral questions based on Eaton core values(accountability, ethical, passion...etc), with follow-up questions to each answer. Mostly two-rounds of interview, in some cases could be three rounds.

Applied online and was invited to phone screen. After that was brought in for face to face interview which consisted of two panels with two people each. The questions were typical behavior based questions.
