Applied for the position online, recruiter reached out to have initial interview, Took assessments to test my skills and aptitude, then interviewed with hiring manager, CEO, and onsite interview COO.

It was very long and tedious for absolutely no reason. They have you do all kinds of videos and about a 3 hour "tech assessment" before you can even interview with one of their very professionally looking managers. I say this because I made it to this step. On arriving to the "office" which is behind an apartment complex that you have to have a gate code to walk though the pool to get to. The place looks like an abandoned condominium. I met with a manager and then the CEO who in my opinion is not what you would expect from someone in that position. He has a mohawk, my question is, who runs a company looking like that? In the end I did not receive the position with no feedback on why? Maybe because my hair style wasn't cool enough. What a joke...steer clear of this company, it's a waste of time.
