First interaction at Engineering Fair on campus. During the interview (with 3 rep's from the hiring department), I was asked questions about my work history and my interest in their company. Even though all my experience was in a different industry (health care), they looked beyond the job title to see the skills and experience that would be relevant to the role they were recruiting for. It was the most stress-free interview I've ever had in that it was quickly more of a conversation and involved no STAR-based questions.
