A weird phone interviews!
The HR called me and didn’t ask me any worthy questions. (it seems to me that they really don’t care about who you are and what you capable of doing.) All she did, both very funny and puzzling to me, was to read the job description in details in a very slow and low volume tone. After the reading ceremony, I took the initiative and asked a lit bit about the routines and other pay-and-benefit related questions, and got a very vague answer from the HR. Then she eagerly agreed to set up an onsite for me and concluded the phone screening.
However, hours later, the HR sent me an email canceling the onsite without giving any explanations.
I felt offended by the unprofessional and rude approach implemented by this company. it was not because I didn’t get the interview itself (I most likely would decline the offer anyway), it was because of their rude and unprofessional approach and lack of respect for job applicant.
It is obvious that the management in this company never really think of qualified and competent individuals as good assets to the company, they are just looking for cheap labor for them to exploit.
When a company cannot even handle a prescheduled onsite interview in a proper manner, what more do you expect from them for the long run if you become a poor employee of them?!

they asked few questions. they were not interested in anything important as my education or my goals. This was a huge red flag for me because they seemed like they were eager to hire anyone. The man who interviewed me seemed too young to be interviewing anyone and could barely speak English.

the first interview took around half hour with branch manager, they ask some general questions, most time let you intruce yourself. the second took twenty minutes with upper management. Both interview felt relax, not nervous at all.

ask some general questions, looks like they pay more attention on the person, like your motivation, ability, not too much on the experience, specially for the sales.
