First step was an unscheduled phone call with hiring manager that was brief and asked about my background, asked to come in that day for an interview. Met with hiring manager and office manager, both very kind. Did not discuss pay and benefits were lackluster, 401K had a decently delayed starting window. Very casual office environment, casual dress code with even more casual Fridays. Very candid about why the position was open. Position requires a lot of data entry, requires knowledge of 10 key which they ask about in the interview. Went very well but they did not reach out after the interview to follow up one way or the other.
