Nice phone call discussing opportunity with one in person interview. Very relaxed to the point. Candid conversational interview. Great hiring process overall. Basically reviewed previous experience and how it would help be successful in the potential role.

Open ended interview with Regional Sales Manager. Then second day met with the VP of Sales. Asked basic questions like why you think you would be a good fit. Must take an assessment test called the Chally. 3rd Day you are hired.
