I had the awesome opportunity to speak with Eastern for a second time in less than a year. I had been keeping in touch with Julie Bick, their Director of Recruiting for a while. but no roles had come up. Last we spoke, I was between two offers, one from Eastern & another from a Vendor - at that time I chose the vendor and almost immediately knew it wasn't the right choice.
Fast forward about 4 months and here we are and I was fortunate enough to continue where we left off. Had a conversation with Julie & an interview with an architect on the team I'd be supporting. The interview was informal yet technical as the conversation was geared not only around what I knew and how what I had worked on, but how I applied it, my approach and my thoughts behind choosing one way of doing things over another. A few days later, I had an offer. Not looking to make the same mistake twice, I accepted without hesitation.
Can't say enough about Eastern, Julie or the rest of the team - they've made the experience awesome...I was lucky enough to go through it twice!
