I had the awesome opportunity to speak with Eastern for a second time in less than a year. I had been keeping in touch with Julie Bick, their Director of Recruiting for a while. but no roles had come up. Last we spoke, I was between two offers, one from Eastern & another from a Vendor - at that time I chose the vendor and almost immediately knew it wasn't the right choice. Fast forward about 4 months and here we are and I was fortunate enough to continue where we left off. Had a conversation with Julie & an interview with an architect on the team I'd be supporting. The interview was informal yet technical as the conversation was geared not only around what I knew and how what I had worked on, but how I applied it, my approach and my thoughts behind choosing one way of doing things over another. A few days later, I had an offer. Not looking to make the same mistake twice, I accepted without hesitation. Can't say enough about Eastern, Julie or the rest of the team - they've made the experience awesome...I was lucky enough to go through it twice!

I was contacted by a recruiter who saw my profile on LinkedIn. Shortly after that interview, I had a phone interview with the VP that I would be working under. It was formal/informal because my interviewer made me very comfortable talking about myself and my experience. That same week, I was offered an in-person interview with the SVP, VP and Managing Director at the office. The interview was great! They asked a lot of questions about my experience, we spoke about the opportunity and I gave my own input on the position and where I'd want it to go. About 1 week later, I was hired!
