Was hired into a sever position with no previous serving position (only hosting)
Management seems nice so far
Quite a bit of online training which hasn’t been any mention of pay for the hours you spend completing
$33.60 from you first pay cheque for your shirt

The interview was great. Very comfortable, extremely welcoming manager Margaret. I must say i enjoyed this interview the most out of every interview ive done. The interview mainly consisted of us laughing and finding similarities in restaurant difficulties.

It was not what I expected for someone who has been with topclass companies and done many interviews. You conducting an interview you sure would of read the candidates information before calling them in and right there you would know how long they been here. You would never know if someone is a good fit if you don't give them training and a probationary period. Do better.

How many years experience over 17yrs.
Oh I am looking someone 3 to 5, yes, Canadian experience I don't have time to train no one. Even if you hire someone in Canada with that experience you still needs training as they are new to your establishment. You may lose good employees by judging them before you have a chance to see what they can do
