Entrevista
There is only one interview no matter what the role, and this is face-to-face. I was met at reception and taken to a room where I was interviewed by a panel of 2 people. I was made to feel relaxed and asked questions about my experience and understanding of safeguarding. They also checked my ID. I was asked to create a short presentation a week before the interview and this was around 10 minutes. For teaching roles, there is a small teaching session. I was able to ask questions at the end of the interview and was informed when the outcome would be communicated.

What is your understanding of Safeguarding? Tell me about a challenging situation when you have managed someone? Tell us about your experience and what you can bring to the role?
Thank you for the feedback. Although a large amount of our applicants have one interview, in some cases there are more than one interview, especially for senior roles.
