They will mostly conduct telephonic interview as they don't want to show their face. Interview will be easy and they will select you even if you give some stupid answers. They will send you the offer letter immediately stating everything clearly. But it is not a real offer letter,After some days they will inform you we are not hiring you as my boss is not interested in hiring now.
