It was an extensive interview process with multiple rounds of increasing difficulty culminating in a presentation/pitch based on sample data provided. Although long, the thoroughness of the process presented an opportunity to really understand the company and culture so I could make an informed decision.

What are some factors that could impact data quality or cause a blind spot in the data.
The interview process consisted of an intro interview (30 mins), 3 interviews(30 mins), then one case study followed by 3 executive interviews (30 mins). Altogether it took about 3/4 weeks. It was a thorough process and it allowed me to get a good feel for the company/team.
