Applied online. Received a phone call (no email?) from the recruiter to do a screening on the spot. Did 2 further hour-long interviews. All communication from the recruiter was by phone. Invites for interviews came from generic hr@ email address, so didn’t have a direct contact. Never heard back after last interview. No response when I followed up at the hr email address. Interview questions from CEO were too basic for a director level role, but he was insistent about getting to the answer he was looking for, making it uncomfortable.
